Your first visit begins with a brief consultation where we discuss your wellness goals, health history, and preferences. Your therapist will customize your treatment accordingly. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to settle into our relaxation lounge.

Most of our treatments require zero downtime. You can return to your daily activities immediately. For advanced skin treatments like Procell Microchanneling, we recommend avoiding direct sun exposure for 24-48 hours and following a gentle skincare routine.

For standard massage and facial services, no prior consultation is needed. For advanced skin treatments such as Procell Microchanneling or chemical peels, a complimentary consultation is included to ensure the best approach for your skin type and goals.

For massage therapy, we recommend bi-weekly sessions for stress management or weekly for chronic tension. Facials are best scheduled monthly. Advanced skin treatments typically follow a series of 4-6 sessions, spaced 4-6 weeks apart for optimal results.

We understand plans change. We kindly request 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service value.
